Tracy at the front desk turned my grandmother away because she was 6 minutes late for her appointment. She said that there is a "Strict 5 minute" policy on being late to appointments and told her she would have to reschedule. The last appointment I took her to here, she had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seen by Dr. Naeem. My grandma says she likes Dr Naeem, but I think that it is wrong to turn away a patient because she's 6 minutes late to her appointment. I am a new patient and this is the second time they are rescheduling. Bad experience.
I haven't had a PCP in years, so I was please to find this Dr. when I moved to the area. The entire staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns. I also appreciated that I never felt rushed during my visits as I have felt in other practices. She took the time to view my medical history and make recommendations to improve my health.
Dr.Naeem was awful. She doesn’t care to listen to concerns, does not want to prescribe things that other PCP prescribe regularly. They want you to make an appointment for every little thing (to collect co pays and insurance payment). Such as getting test results even as simple as blood work that shows everything normal. I’ve worked at doctors offices for years as well as been a patient of a PCP for years and never had any of these issues. Would not recommend!
