The nurse was nice and tried to be accommodating, but I was super disappointed how I was treated here. I arrived on time for my appointment and then I had to sit in a cold, small room staring at the wall for nearly an hour and a half. If you have to schedule less people during the day or hire more doctors, do what you have to do to keep people on time. Our time is valuable and we show up on time for our appointment.
The doctor here are good. The front office is horrible. Do you want a front office that treats you like a number and not a person. Then this is the place for you. Do you want a place that calls you up and does not introduce who they are or who they represent. They just ask your name. Then this is the place for you. Do you want a front office that you have to call the remind to put in your prescription. Then this is the place for you.
