Office staff is absolutely terrible. So incredibly rude and every time I call to make an appointment they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them, when I am nothing but kind. I understand it’s hard to work with some patients but I have never given them issues and am always extremely gracious whenever I am at the office. However I am always met with rude attitude whenever I call on the phone, or I’m on hold for so long. I like my doctor but the secretaries make me never want to go back
Dr Frank Pinto is great! Always ready to help me with any problem. Fatima at the front desk always is eager to help me get signed in and ready for my appt with my doctor. Would highly recommend them!
Dr. Ionescu has been my PC since she took over for my last doctor, she’s great. The office has longer than avg wait times lately but overall a decent experience every time!
horrible customer service
This office has turned into a nightmare to deal with. I have been going here since 2013, when the original doctors were still there. Since they have been bought out by Danbury/Norwalk hospitals under Nuvance health the quality has gone out the window. They do not respond to multiple calls for lab work results, they continually pass you off to various doctors when you try to get in with your primary, and the front desk staff is extremely rude and act as if you're bothering them when you call in or ask a question.
