Office staff is absolutely terrible. So incredibly rude and every time I call to make an appointment they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them, when I am nothing but kind. I understand it’s hard to work with some patients but I have never given them issues and am always extremely gracious whenever I am at the office. However I am always met with rude attitude whenever I call on the phone, or I’m on hold for so long. I like my doctor but the secretaries make me never want to go back
