She was saying very caring about what was going on with me as I was telling her referrals I was needing to find you know to send to Dr Coleman and the last incident I was in the emergency room for and the CT scan Etc having access to my files from the hospital. New patient with Dr Kadali, she’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen. The staff is AWFUL!!! No return phone calls after 3 days and consistently call in the wrong medications…The wrong medications have been a nightmare!! Just thankful I KNOW what the medicines should be and not taking what is called into the pharmacy; not to mention the cost of incorrect medications and time spent calling for corrections…Looking for another Frisco internal medicine doctor, recommendations please.
The check-in process was very quick. The receptionist was friendly. The nurse was kind and knowledgeable. Love love Dr. Huerta! I find that anytime I get hurt doing CrossFit, a lot of medical professionals say stop doing it. Dr. Huerta did not. She conducted. Thorough examination of my knee and also asked a lot of direct questions about pain, what movements I was doing, and what I’d been doing to treat my injury. I really enjoyed my visit and appreciated the care I received.
