I have had soooo many problems with the office staff not getting their act together or just being downright rude. If it wasn't for my PCP, I would never do business with these people. I love my PCP. The office staff is another story!!!!!!
I had Angela Burnett which she was the best. She helped me come out of a dark place and no other doctor would. She has moved on and is no long a PCP ( floating doctor ) I recently saw a new doctor today and I had the worse experience ever. I literally am getting set back on trusting a new doctor again. Anyways Angela Burnett deserves a metal and you’d be so lucky to ever meet and be her patient!
Called to schedule an appointment to meet with my PCP. However, I was informed to contact my previous Doctor which I haven’t seen in quite some time. The individual (Female) on the phone didn’t seem to want to help. Very unprofessional. By the way.. I am a former employee at Southern NH Medical but did not expect such treatment. Hire someone with some patience.
