The front desk people need to be changed, they are close minded and cannot adapt to people's different situations. There is a reason they have to put a sign up like this. They probably aggravate people to where they cant take it anymore.
Almost 2 weeks for a pregnancy blood test result. Right, you read that well. Just ridiculous.
