Not a patient (and will NEVER be one after speaking with Susan and Lynn. I was hung up on by Susan) After scheduling an appointment a month ago for June 5th, I had an issue come up a few days later that would prevent me from making this appointment. I call and they promptly rescheduled for May 29…perfect. Even better. Then I received a call on May 21 informing me that the 29th appointment will need to be rescheduled and they can do the 23rd. The staff and the doctors are always nice 🙂🙂 The doctors always listen to you and they will help you figure out what is wrong with you 👍🏽 I would recommend them to anyone ❤️
Habitually being left in the examination room for over 45 minutes without seeing a doctor or nurse is unacceptable. Its happped to me 3 times now. Haven't seen my actual doctor in years, only random nurses.
