Dr. Broadsetter was extremely thorough and a great listeners. She took time to answer all of my questions and followed through with bloodwork.
Boulder Internal Medicine used to be good. Now each doctor is so overworked with too many patients, I feel like I am in an assembly line when I have to go there. Dr Ortega is trying to work with this but it’s obvious the patient load is too much. The medical assistants are all business and not friendly. Patients are shuttled through their appointments as quickly as possible. This change happened in 2025 and continues today. Very disappointed.
