I called at 2pm on a Monday and the On-Call doctor said they were in a staff meeting. Their information says nothing about staff meetings during business hours so I waited until 2:30 when their meeting was supposed to be over to call back. The administrator picked up, asked if it was okay to put me on hold, didn't wait until I answered, and put me on hold for 30 minutes to tell me that she had to see if Dr. Byron would be taking new patients.
