The staff at this facility is very rude , not knowledgeable, won’t listen and doesn’t return phone calls. Mary the office manager is so busy she can’t return phone calls. Maybe she shouldn’t be a manager because she can’t manage her time. I asked a question of them in February stating that I was no longer a patient and to please return my call.
