Where do I start? They lost my liver ultra-sound diagnostic. I emailed them on the portal to tell them who the doctor was who did the diagnostic and to arrange to have my records sent to the primary doc, but no one responds. Impossible to get a timely appointment with the doctor I have been seeing for years. Doctors and nurse practitioners are often ESL, 1st generation, immigrants.
