My husband has been diagnosed with pneumonia this week. He attempted to be seen at our PCP. After several calls with the scheduling nurse and the nurse help line, he could not get a single reply. I find this completely heartbreaking. He was treated well at the Urgent Care. I really do not understand how a long time patient of Internal Medicine does not rate a return call?
