It is rare to find so many great people in one location. Dr. Pyle is a great doctor who is not only knowledgeable, but also kind. The front desk ladies work their butts off to help take care of the patients also. I'm very grateful we found this place.

The front desk woman Angie I believe is her name isn’t very considerate or observant. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. She never addressed me once she came in for the day. She mentioned that my first appointment would be cancelled to other employees yet never told me. I live 45 mins away. I get that employees kids get sick but I was already checked in at 8. Be very careful they will drop you as a patient for no reason the only thing I did was asked Dr Wilkinson for a refill on my Phenergan and then I received a letter dropping me as a patient from three doctors in this office so be careful when asking for refills.

My first visit was amazing! Very comfortable! Staff is great ... love Dr Pyle! Their in house lab is very efficient. So glad I was referred there

When I moved to Palestine Texas three weeks ago I set up an appointment to do all my paper work to see this Doctor, also had all my medical records set to them. I called last week to set up an appointment no one answered the phone I had to leave a message, never got a return call. I called back today and was told they are not taking new patients. They could have at least called me back.
