Long time patient of IMA. Nurse Practitioner Shane Lagore and the nurses have been awesome. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Natalia at the front desk. She helped me with an insurance company and pharmacy change. Very pleasant and Professional. Thanks Natalia
Worst experience I had with a health facility. Canceled my appointment and did not notify me. Would suggest you don’t go there.
I'm very upset. I drive 35 minutes to see dr kelsi because I think she is a wonderful doctor but I will not be going back. I got stuck behind a bus this morning an unfortunately was 8 mins late to my appointment. They told me they cancel after 7 mins. 7 mins really? I've worked for 3 different practices and Ive never heard of canceling on a patient under ten minutes late. Not to mention I waited almost 45 mins in a room last time i was there but i did not complain. Front desk is rude and unbelievable. I've never been late be... read more
