I have written reviews for this Practice before but do not know where it landed. I originally saw Dr. Saad on August 1, 2024 and he is a Gentle, Caring, Friendly Professional Physician who has your best interest in mind and care how you feel about your situation. I have been under Dr. Saad and his awesome P.A.'s and N.P.'s since 2024 and each and every time I walk into the office, everyone is so Friendly, Polite and Considerate. Dr.Mazzetti is truly the best. I really don't care what anyone else's opinion of him is, he saved my life and I know he's damn good at what he does.He was very kind and patient with me.I have referred people I knew with health issues to him, that have no answers. Extremely rude and unprofessional....health care in general is uncomfortable and sometimes embarrassing....While the staff kept loudly try to degrade patient to point others in the waiting area can hear....making an uncomfortable situation even more awkward..... The level of disrespect witnessed from both reception staff could be characterized as bulling towards patients.... Very disappointing to see that behavior...
I saw Dr. Yap here - Great doctor, easy to talk to & no long wait for your appointment. Definitely recommend! Parking is a little difficult though so try to get there a little early, you might have to wait for a spot or better yet, if you have no mobility issues you can park on a side street & walk over.
