Dr Herringer, Jennifer and her immediate staff are excellent but unfortunately I can't say the same about the front office staff. The office manager has NO customer service skills. She over talks you, calls you "dear" ( which shouldn't be allowed). I made an appointment, verified Dr Herringer was in network. Waited 3 months for the appointment. Was in office for 3 hours and then 2 months later they tell me she's not in network. The Manager threw a floating trainee under the bus, saying he was at fault but actually when I mad... read more
Phlebotomist did a great job!
Best Dr I have ever seen. Her staff are good also. Dr Heringer is a very caring person and I plan to continue in her care the rest of my life.
