I’ve always had a great experience at this doctors office. The doctors are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. What I don’t get is leaving a bad review based on the front desk and resulting in a bad impression which turns people away from good medical help. Please reconsider your review to reflect the doctors good work and not the office staff.

I had horrible experience with this office receptions/administrative staff. Yes, front desk is the worst. They are very irresponsible, unprofessional and rude, full of liars. I was recommended by a friend to a specific doctor in this office the actual visit with this doctor was great except front desk made me wait 50 minutes. Medical staff here is great, but the front desk staff is highly unprofessional and oftentimes rude.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I had an appointment at 9AM and they asked me to show up at 8:45 for paper work. They even asked for my card number so they can charge me $100 for no shows. I showed up at 8:30 and waited until 9AM. Called them 23 times and they did not pick up the phone or opened the door. So unprofessional. I feel sorry for myself. I feel sorry for their patients.
