Firstly, I'm a proponent of solar power but not under the terms that I could be paying a bill for financing of the panels and possibly an electric bill simultaneously due to Idaho power having the option to reduce how much they pay you for electricity produced by your solar panels. Unfortunately,you don't find this out until after you have signed all of the contracts and then Idaho power gets notified to see if your home meets the power requirements for your panels to be connected to the grid. The communication from this company is poor at best. I just worked with a subcontractor who didn't know how to do the work they were sent to do. I do think that the sales man has tried to help, but the project manager form what I see is very poor at getting work scheduled. I am hopeful the job ends up better than it has gotten started. At this point I wouldn't give them a good review
