No customer service Lousy customer service, leaves mess in yard, no help sitting up 18' swin spa left it and run. Didn't leave steps to get into it its 5' tall and wife handicapped they said use a ladder or something. waited almost 3 mos for spa the promised 1000.00 cash for waiting so long, when spa arrived they dropped it and ran off no steps, cut the cover in 2 places with box knife and tried to hide it.
