Destiny is a caring and knowledgeable physical therapist. My complaint is IMH's billing department and front desk staff. I was in physical therapy for a surgery that I had in May 2023. My surgery and hospital bill were so large that I had reached my patient responsibility threshold/maximum amount for patient out of pocket before the end of the same month. Destiny was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The exercises and skill set she provided made a big difference in my life. I will always be grateful.
Worst place ever, Jon was very rude and disrespectful. He was one of the worst therapist I ever had. Doesn’t listen to you when you voice your concerns, talks over you and doesn’t let you finish talking. He was awful, and wasted a lot of my time, he sent me home at the beginning of the appointment about 3 times over a span of three appointments for no reason.
