fine during the summer months, but couldn't access my east facing unit for most of the winter because they plow a snowbank in front of your unit and leave it up to you to clear. it took me two hours with a pickaxe, axe and two shovels to clear the nearly two feet of ice away from the entrance to my unit earlier this month, luckily i had a warm day off to work on it or it probably would have taken longer. west facing units seemed to do well and melt out much more quickly.
Your things will be stolen if you use this place because they do no monitoring of the facility. No one will help you if this happens.
