Everything was fine at first. Then they put up fencing and a gate but refused to hive us the code. Then, when we finally got a code, other customers would harass us if we were actually customers of the establishment. I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to store some of my belongings and will be taking my business elsewhere once the contract is over.

Be careful! The first time we visited the Blackfoot location was after dark. They have a LARGE hole near one of the entrances that a vehicle can easily get stuck in and no cones or anything to warn you its there!!! Otherwise the storage is great and the pocatello office was friendly and helpful when we set up our unit.
