Awesome service! Charles was extremely helpful and kind and was an overall pleasure to work with. Machines were topped off and ran excellent. I took my wife with me and rented the quads. We loved it so much we went again a few days later!
Everything about the ATV rental went smoothly. This was the first time I was on an ATV and the first time I came to Idaho City. Charles helped me get acclimated to the ATV and gave me a few pointers for the trails nearby. He was even available during my trip to call to help me find a trail that I was looking for. Overall, the customer service was excellent and Idaho City has some beautiful trails that I look forward to coming back to.
Had a great time and received excellent customer service. Charles was awesome and gave great trail recommendations in the area. Hope to be returning soon!
Very poor, not even worth a comment. But I want to let others know DO NOT go through this company. They didn't know of my reservation. Did not have a ramp to unload the UTV. Was told I can not take the trailer up the mountain 🤔🤔🤔. How was I to take the UTV up the Mores summit creek??? The bosses came after half an hour of this BS. And he said I don't know nothing of this or heard of this.😡😡😡. Hour later I just cancelled.
