I had a fantastic experience. I was well taken care of, and I highly recommend this place, as they genuinely care about their patients’ health.
Cancelled my Dad’s stroke rehab appointments at a different location without notifying us and left a note in his file saying that the person they rescheduled for was more important and that we gave consent. We weren’t even notified until we showed up for this therapies at 9am at the other location. I just want my dad to get better and they have been nothing but trouble and an inconvenience because he’s needed help. I highly suggest going anywhere else for rehab care.
Pete and Jared are very good with all aspects of treating your condition. They are always engaged with helping you with your exercises and routine! You can expect a great outcome and you will have an amazing recovery if you follow and do the exercises that they assign to you! They give us the instructions but it's up to us to do the work. They have worked on my hip and my shoulder, both of which were replaced and I'm pleased with the outcome! I'm fit and Athletic, so after a total knee replacement I went to Dr. Peter Fitts for my physical therapy. He totally accelerated my recovery with custom routines that changed as I progressed. He helped push me to recover faster with daily routines. His knowledge and experience that he shared gave me confidence to know I was doing the right things. He helped me understand the different stages of recovery. Totally glad I got my post-op PT from Dr. Peter Fitts. I owe him a big thank you
