Scotty seemed like a great PT and definitely knows his stuff, and the other physical therapists weren’t bad either. I went for a little over a month, but I didn’t see much improvement—though to be fair, it was kind of a weird injury, so I’m not sure if any PT would’ve been able to help. The most frustrating part was the billing. I didn’t know there was going to be a co-pay (partly on me, but usually they tell you), and I probably wouldn’t have gone as often if I had known. The facility is clean: We attend this location, a few times. We would like to communicate to the management of this facility. The receptionist was not pleasant to speak with at all. She is elderly around her 40's or 50's, located in the physical therapy department. Our encounters with her were unpleasant specially short and cold demeanor, we felt discriminated by our color of skin, for our experience. A patient infront of us (white) she was treated with etiquette and extremely friendliness. Though when it came to us not even... read more
