Although there was some lengthy paperwork to fill out for my initial medical evaluation following an injury, I was pleased with the examination and the care I was provided with at Orem WorkMed. Kenzie was very friendly, and Ryan (the nurse practitioner) was thorough, kind, and reassuring. I left the facility feeling like I had someone in my corner when it came to my work-related injury.

Alright. This is the third time I’ve had to come here with minor work related injuries in 5 years. EVERY time I have come, I have had to wait 60-90 minutes in the lobby. And then about that same time or longer in the exam room. The wait time here is just ridiculous. If I want to wait that long, I might as well go to the ER to have the imaging/testing, and other stuff done then sit for 3-4 hrs in pain here. The doctor was phenomenal this time and listened.
