The phone staff here is not nice. Tried to ask clarifying questions and schedule an appointment and was continually getting one word snarky answers. 0% impressed.
I did not feel comfortable with the telephone service I received on several occasions, as the responses were very rude.
They saw me and wouldnt prescribe anything. When i called back no ones ever there or willing to help.
The nurse for Dr. Loewen was cruel and childish towards me. Never going to this facility again.
I’m giving this review two stars only because Dr. Dassel is an exceptional provider. Without his care, this would be a one-star experience. He is skilled, compassionate, and truly understands the complexities of endometriosis. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of the NPs, Luz Reni, was very disappointing and left me feeling dismissed and humiliated.
