I scheduled a video consult with Dr. Thomas for yesterday. Bottom line, I was very disappointed by her rude and unprofessional staff. Their onboarding process is antiquated and their communication poor. I had scheduled a home sleep study, but have since cancelled and have found a new doctor. I highly recommend NOT coming here . What should of been a 1-2 week process has turned into a 4 month hell of trying to get a CPAP device. Very unorganized and they rarely answer the phone. Save yourself the headache and delays and go somewhere else even if they are recommended to you
