completely unhelpful. don't bother with listing your home with them. as a buyer do not trust them. they refuse to disclose any information about the homes that may be potential risk factors.
These people are just in it to collect money and any late fees they can. Very unprofessional service, I have gone on their website I don’t know how many times over the years to put in my credit card information and set up auto pay only for their systems to be down and not working or “going through changes” without notice and not saving the credit card information therefore never processing the auto pay and adding illegitimate late fees.
