When making my appointment I wanted to confirm that the VA would cover the visit, "do you take Triwest?" The receptionist responded, "yes". Went to my appointment and was treated. Then I got a bill in the mail and discovered that the Triwest was not going to pay the bill. It was discovered that the receptionist made an error.
