When making my appointment I wanted to confirm that the VA would cover the visit, "do you take Triwest?" The receptionist responded, "yes". Went to my appointment and was treated. Then I got a bill in the mail and discovered that the Triwest was not going to pay the bill. It was discovered that the receptionist made an error. Intermountain Medical Clinic is not setup with Triwest. The receptionist was confused because they are setup with Tricare not Triwest. Simple question, who made the mistake.
