When making my appointment I wanted to confirm that the VA would cover the visit, "do you take Triwest?" The receptionist responded, "yes". Went to my appointment and was treated. Then I got a bill in the mail and discovered that the Triwest was not going to pay the bill. It was discovered that the receptionist made an error. Intermountain Medical Clinic is not setup with Triwest. The receptionist was confused because they are setup with Tricare not Triwest. Simple question, who made the mistake. RecommendedI have maybe written one other review before, but after my initial appointment today with Nicolette Hampton, I knew I had to write one for her! I was so impressed with her and how much she cared. I will from here on out recommend her to anyone I can! Thank you Nicolette for taking the time to listen and connect dots and try to help me figure some health concerns out!!! You are wonderful!
I just had my very 1st wellness visit with Dr. Olsen. I have NEVER had a doctor spend so much time listening and engaging in conversation to address my health concerns! I highly recommend Dr. Olsen. I'm so glad I changed my PCP to him!

I have been a patient at IMMC for almost 20 years. They are always really professional and helpful in both the Urgent Care and with my PCP. Yesterday I went in for my wellness exam, and ended up having a lot of lab tests that needed me to be fasted for them. The front staff members are very kind. The medical staff is professional and personable as well.
I think they are really good with their patients, I had a medical problem yesterday and I didn't have to wait that long to get in. Thank you for the great help.
The srevice providers here are hit and miss. I have been seen here on a couple of times and had docs that cared and did a fantastic job. However have also had experiences where they do not care and limit what they can do to help you based on what seems to be the type of day they are having.
