I had a great experience with my mammogram but I won't be returning. The billing department has been a nightmare to work with. I had a mammogram 4 months ago and I confirmed ahead of time that my insurance covered the location. I had the mammogram completed at the Murray location. Intermountain billed the mammogram under Orem Community Hospital which is not in network for me. Some of their YOUNG nurses who worked for labor & delivery here left me lifetime trauma! They were rude, they had no empathy and patience, it's like they only do this job because it's well-paid but they don't give a crap to the patients they serve.
Terrible service. Nurses are rude. Go to St. Marks if you don’t want your sister getting kicked out of the delivery room last minute. Their 4 person visitor policy is extremely strict and they enforce it very unprofessionally. Management should address this if they actually care about patient happiness. They cites “COVID” for the reason even though it’s been years since COVID restrictions were lifted.
Dr Parrett’s professionalism, grace and kindness towards me as a patient is unparalleled. Outstanding provider.
