Best pre-op nurse ever, thank you Braeley for 5 star service and being so kind! You made the whole cataract surgery experience so pleasant, and I really felt confident and at ease because of you!
The check in for my procedure was a total nightmare. Under staff but the ones there was kind but looked unhappy. Crowded due to scheduling issues. In the actual surgical procedure process very unorganized, everyone seem to be first time on the job. They were kind though. The bathroom I couldn’t believe how dirty the floors were. Yesterday my mom had an appointment with Dr. Richard C. Kwun and we had a terrible experience with this doctor. My mom had her appointment to have her eyes checked due to her diabetes and I was with her as her translator. She was referred by her clinic, Community Health Center Inc. Stephen D. Ractcliffe Medical Center. Back in February, her doctor from the clinic noticed a black spot on one of my mom’s eyes and they took images of her eye and they were sent to IHC and she got a referral so they can get a second opinion. I just had eye surgery today. This was the very best place for it because of the people. From the check in, to the pre op nurse, Patti, to the OR nurse, anesthesiologist, Dr Charles Hill, and surgeon, Dr. Corey, I felt I had the best care. They were kind and obviously great at what they do. I should have felt stressed going in, but I didn’t. They truly took exceptional care of my needs. Thank you so much.❤️
