Yesterday my mom had an appointment with Dr. Richard C. Kwun and we had a terrible experience with this doctor. My mom had her appointment to have her eyes checked due to her diabetes and I was with her as her translator. She was referred by her clinic, Community Health Center Inc. Stephen D. Ractcliffe Medical Center. I just had eye surgery today. This was the very best place for it because of the people. From the check in, to the pre op nurse, Patti, to the OR nurse, anesthesiologist, Dr Charles Hill, and surgeon, Dr. Corey, I felt I had the best care. They were kind and obviously great at what they do. I should have felt stressed going in, but I didn’t. They truly took exceptional care of my needs. Thank you so much.❤️

Tried to call to see if my sister was out of surgery and no one answered
I had my first surgery ever here at ISC and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the calls pre-surgery, to prep, to post-op everyone was so incredibly helpful, communicated wonderfully, answered all my questions, and truly put my mind at ease. Even the post surgery card from the staff that helped me that day was a great surprise! Super grateful for everyone I interacted with and for making the entire experience a good one.
