Last week I was in emergency room in this hospital. The nursing department is good but doctors are not good. They don’t care about patience. I was there for three hours in emergency room but doctor only visit me for two minutes. They don’t care about patience I’m not recommending this kind of emergency room.

I originally went into the Spanish fork emergency room, and had to be transferred due to needing more specialized surgical after care needs and concerns, and was sent here. I wish I could give 5 stars, beings almost every single person I encountered was very kind, and gave me a wonderful experience. However one of the surgeons who was a part of my care team was down right horrible. Dr Robert price was rude cruel and treated me like a doll not deserving of any respect or decency. Had a great experience here. They got me back quickly and seemed kinda and caring.
We had a recent passing of our loved one due to some unexpected post-surgical complications. The medical team working with us provided loving care to not only our loved one, but to the family that had to hear the unbearable news that she would not survive more than a few hours on life support. This experience has been painfully difficult for the entire family to deal with, but the staff involved was thoughtful and extremely considerate.
