Great food. Great service. Cured me of my life threatening disease that I had
I had the worse experience today! the guy in the back annoyed by what I told him it was the worse I waited after taking my mom to chemo all day long waited like an hour and it looked like my prescription was ready I had to go back and ask how much longer and there you have it was ready.
My son has two prescriptions that I need to call in and speak to someone to fill. I have called multiple times this morning, and I keep getting hung up on. The hold music will come on for a couple seconds, then they disconnect the call. I live in Magna now, so it’s not exactly easy to drive over there just to ask them to fill the scripts.
This pharmacy is pretty good for run of the mill standard stuff. But when I had to change the address for a shipment due to being on vacation, they dropped the ball. They totally missed getting the shipment out and didn't really do anything about it other than say sorry. I even had to call multiple times even though they told me they would call me back. Pretty frustrated about the lack of concern about drugs for a chronic illness. Good luck getting decent help outside normal business hours even though their website advertise... read more
