Then she asked if I'd spoken to an attorney. I said that I was trying to complain externally first and she said yes, this is alarming and suggested I reach out to an attorney too. When you file a complaint, it’s really no surprise their “internal investigation” leads to nothing. We investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing. 😂 they will twist words to accuse you of being upset over their decisions instead of your actual complaint of being discriminated against or poor care from an individual. For results, you’re better off contacting the department of health & human services.
