My doctor has ordered at least 20 phlebotomys over the last 4 years. They have done maybe one of them. The nurse is always making up excuses why she cant do my phlebotomy. I dont waste my time driving there anymore, I just do the phlebotomy myself! I would not recommend.
I've had to go in for appointments and they are always very kind. Great reception staff and nurses.
Excellent care from all staff. From check in at the front desk to vital signs taken and the actual infusion given by the nursing staff. I have been there four times so far and every experience has been great, especially considering why I am there.
The nurses are amazing! I worked with nurses Kyle, Luke, Dee and Ivy. I was so impressed with their skills and how compassionate they are with their patients. I loved it! Learned so much.
