Just got an iron infusion done today. Staff was very kind but Carolyn, my nurse was so sweet. Very friendly, helpful, and so kind. It was my very first infusion, and she made me feel so at ease. Just a beautiful woman inside and out.
My doctor has ordered at least 20 phlebotomys over the last 4 years. They have done maybe one of them. The nurse is always making up excuses why she cant do my phlebotomy. I dont waste my time driving there anymore, I just do the phlebotomy myself! I would not recommend.
I've had to go in for appointments and they are always very kind. Great reception staff and nurses.
Excellent care from all staff. From check in at the front desk to vital signs taken and the actual infusion given by the nursing staff. I have been there four times so far and every experience has been great, especially considering why I am there.
