Happy about my care. Not happy that it's been 14 days since my MRI and it still has not been read.
My appointment was at 2 PM. When the tech came out for my MRI she asked me what time I was told my appointment was. I told her 2 PM. She said I should’ve been there at 1:30 PM and that there was a glitch in the system. She was not friendly at all. Neither were the other staff.
I came in for a Sitz test & from beginning to end, everyone was so amazing! Olivia went above & beyond to get me all taken care of, Lynn was the same way & so kind. And Kerry did my X-ray & made me feel so comfortable & welcome. These 3 were the BEST! Thank you so much for making what had been a stressful situation, much less stressful!
Heather the tech was great. She explained everything to me and gave me peace. I don't do well in small spaces she talked to me all the time while I was in the MRI machine. Thank you Heather!!
Had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon (Monday). I arrived 15 min early. I attempted to check in and was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. I was never contacted nor informed that my appointment was cancelled. I had confirmed with my doctor’s office, (also an Intermountain office) Friday, that I had this appointment (which I had scheduled 2 weeks prior).
