Worst possible place I could have picked to take my daughter. They hurt her during her IV and she was distraught and about to pass out because she’s sensitive about needles. Now she will be more traumatized by them. She was hungry and really thirsty after all of it so I told her soon she’d be able to eat and drink and the amount of time we have been waiting is ridiculous to keep her waiting. They did some tests and told us they’d come back in an hour ……..well hours and hours later I’m here still at 5am with no answers. WE GO... read more
How can a hospital have such horrible customer service!
Horrible ER. Noone is in any rush to help anyone with anything. People rolling on the floor in pain, people having heart attacks and just make them sit in the waiting room for hours. If you need your life saved don't come here. *Update:. I been here since 2pm now it's 9:11pm, after 4 attempts to drew blood finally got it, still waiting to see doctor. **Another update: it has been 10 hours now, in this horrible ER still no results.. If I don't update after this I probably died, and don't come here EVER.
Remember the people in charge of this place took the care out of heath. All drinkink fountains have been replaced with revenue generating vendongmachines. The skimp on maintainence of the plumbing. The bathrooms have had all the aitoflushers teplaced woth handles. The floors are filthy. All so some exec could point to cost savings to justify their bonus.
