I have been coming here for the last 13 years for mammograms. So, you can say I have had a few. Every single time I have had a great experience. Everyone has been so very kind and professional. The communication has always been good. The registration staff are very informative. I know exactly where I need to go. The staff I interact with are always so kind, gentle and considerate. The reviews on here are wild. I have had nothing short of exceptional care going on 14 years now.
It is insane to me that you have to go through a whole phone system and then sit on hold forever just to try to cancel an appointment after having woken up sick. I'm not dealing with it. It's about to be 2026, this should be able to be done online. So inefficient why would I trust them with my boobs
I checked in for my appointment and after 30 minutes and multiple people being called back who arrived after me I asked the receptionist if they had me checked in. Apparently the paper for my appointment hadn't printed. I was taken back but I wasnt moved ahead of everyone and I didnt have time to be delayed 30 minutes and had to reschedule. It might be a good clinic but my experience wasn't pleasant and a waste of my time.
I think the only real complaint I have is one of the front desk ladies belittling another in front of me. But other than that, super short waiting times, all the nurses were extremely kind and reassuring and overall felt listened to and taken care of
