I think the only real complaint I have is one of the front desk ladies belittling another in front of me. But other than that, super short waiting times, all the nurses were extremely kind and reassuring and overall felt listened to and taken care of
It's very unfortunate when you have to express bad and bad opinions about the nurses who work hard - you call and say that you need certain photos but they are not taken. You must be unable to breathe from pain and this is not important to anyone ...
Google's street view is misleading. It shows the parking between building 9 and building 1. I was late for my appointment because I ended up walking around the entire campus to get there. Go north from the emergency building (9) and there is a separate small parking lot for the breast care center. Once there, my mammogram was quick and easy. Very fluid process.
There isn’t anyone answering the phone to schedule an appointment.
The tech Ella M. was so rude, I had to ask for another tech. Everyone else was great but she really put a bad taste in my mouth. I couldn’t believe how rude she was! Wild.
