I came here for an ultrasound after spending 2.5 weeks thinking I could have breast cancer. And after receiving what should have been happy news, news that should have left me feeling relieved, all I felt was triggered, disrespected, battered, not cared about. The woman at the front desk was so happy and friendly and really set the tone for my visit. The entire process was so efficient and quick! The tech that did the actual mammogram was so lovely. She put me at ease and made the experience almost enjoyable.
Terrible experience from start to finish. Was there for a breast ultrasound and when the doctor put in the order he specified ultrasound only, mammogram not needed. Doctor personally told us that a mammogram is pointless but you know -- administrators know better than the doctor!!!!! Gotta make money!!!!! And now you also can't bring anyone with you into rooms. It is a nightmare to schedule an appointment to gen an ultrasound of my breast, they want to force me to have a mammogram when is not necessary. They just want to make money, they don’t really care about what is best for you. All they want is to see ways to make money.
