We didn't have a very good experience with IMC. We recently had to bring my elderly father to the emergency department and they kept him waiting for 30 minutes in the waiting room and then he had to wait another hour before a doctor would see him. The nursing staff is also not very helpful. I couldn't believe how dirty it is in those rooms in the E.R. it seems they are too big and over-worked to do cleanings in between patients. We will go somewhere else next time.
