Tra is the best forklift mechanic I have dealt with in the 30 years I’ve been working in a warehouse! His knowledge and follow through is second to none! I highly recommended Tra and Towlift!

Jason was excellent. He got to the workplace and didn’t waste any time trying to figure out how to get our forklift back in service. A propane hose had a leak in it so he removed the hose and got a new one made and was back to install it. After that he found a loose hose that had fallen off a pulley. He got that squared away and he was off to another job. Definitely recommend Towlift. Thanks.

I had a terrible experience with this repair service. I was charged over $1,300 for a technician to come out, twist a few wires, and say the problem was solved. He told me, “If it stops working again, I will come back out.” That was it. No real diagnosis, no proper repair. Two days later, as expected, the electric forklift stopped working again. The issue clearly was not fixed, and it was obvious that the technician had not identified which wire, pin, or conector was actually causing the problem. Here is where it got worse. ... read more

Shawn Sanderson and Chris Van Steeter visited us @ A Plus Garage Doors where I work, we had another local company who stated that our scissor lift was dead in the water and needed 8k-10k in repairs to get it going. Shawn quickly identified the issue, it was essentially a quick fix, long story short, they have earned all of our business, we appreciate their honesty and knowledge. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs Equipment fixed. They delivered a 5 Star Experience!!!
