I was in need of a walker that also had a seat. I checked with another company in Logan and they offered to sell it to me for their cost which was insurance Plus $120. However, intermountain home Care and hospice was able to give it to me at no cost. This is because the insurance paid for it. IHC has always been ethical with me and transparent in their transactions. My very elderly father has depended on this company for several machines. Physical and occupational therapy were insufficient and often rushed. They were always understaffed with respect to shower aids, not many options, and no Spanish speakers or any effort made to get them. They were not very kind to my mom toward the end of their time with her. She felt very hurt and disappointed, as did I.
Their billing department is trash!!
