They were very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I have my hearing aids and I am enjoying hearing things I haven't heard in years even though I had very good hearing aids. The new technology is awsome and I'm glad I decided to get these hearing aids.
I love how the staff makes you feel like your family I live in Ct so when I come to visit my mom I bring her in to get her hearing aids checked and they do what ever they can to see me I appreciate all they do for me and my mom I’d suggest then to everyone for their hearing aid needs.
I walked in on a whim to ask questions while waiting for the cable place next door to open. Always check your insurance. Mine wasn't accepted. And then it was. So I proceeded with testing. Nine months later I received a bill. That was rather annoying. These folks were Friendly/welcoming. To the point.
