I love this place! It is very easy to schedule appointments, seek help managing the care of my hearing aides, ask questions, or ask about adjustments. In my previous experience with a hearing center in rural Nevada, when handing me my hearing aides, the response was basically, "Here ya go. See ya." My sisters have both had similar experiences with two different hearing centers in New Hampshire. Dr. Lifferth, however, is very kind and is invested in making sure my hearing aides work well for me! My hearing aids didn’t seem to be working correctly. Stopped in at the Layton address and the receptionist looked at them and did some adjustments, that didn’t really solve the problem. The Dr looked at them and changed a part as well as checked my ears. I left hearing clear. Thanks to all the help. It’s a good day!
Everyone there was very polite and professional. The Audiologist was very knowledgeable. I would recommend going there.
I have always been very happy with the customer service Dr. Lifferth provides his patients! He is knowledgeable and upfront about any questions I ask him about. He helped today address concerns about my husbands hearing aides from a different provider! Thanks!
