I have been at patient at intermountain health care ( formerly IHC), for quite some time. During the time I have been a patient they have repeatedly practiced ILLEGAL business practices. Month after month I would pay my bills with a check, they would cash it, but NOT post it’s paid on my balance, they would then send me more bills as well as threatening pre-collection notices. I am sick of their lame billing that I will call scammers. The send out bills from over a year and a half regarding charges that are bogus thinking the people will pay it. I have over $5000 in charges for services that was disallowed though Select Health FEHB. They had to reach out to them to get their heads pulled out, as it is getting dark. They had to reprocess these billings as they are confronting their supervision. They think they can send out these fraud bills hoping the elderly will suck it up and pay it. This compan... read more
Their billing is awful. Their service to help with it is also awful. The lady just kept telling me there is nothing I can do. Ridiculous!
Waited just for them to let everyone who came after me go first. Hour and a half of just wiring to get called back and for the doctor.
