Wonderful experience with doctors, 5 stars all around. The reason for the 1 star stands with the billing department. We never received any sort of notice of a finalized bill via email or physical mail. We were called once during the process, but were still waiting for insurance to be applied to the bill. We were then informed (rudely I might add) over the phone that we were on notice to be sent to collections. Doctors lie on the doctor's notes so they can inflate the cost of care and escalate the charge codes higher than the care you received. When I called in to get this reassessed I had to talk to 8 different customer service people over 5 months to just be told I'm wrong and I have to pay the bill. They don't care about people here. They care about money and they will screw you over to get it. You are better off staying home and hoping you get better than going here.
I was very impressed I waited 10 minutes at the most and the doctor was very attentive and kind and I was treated and released within minutes
