I feel cared for and well attended to - the doctor and staff show their investment and diligence to their work and the people they serve.
After the waiting room it was fine. When I arrived in the emergency room I was gasping for air and could barely breath and was told to have a seat, with nobody else in the waiting room. My husband asked for oxygen and was told by the intake person that she was not authorized to give me oxygen, he asked for help cause I was having trouble breathing. Just a check up to see how I’m doing on Zepbound. Which is: pretty good. The examination was good, and hit both physical well-being and mental wellness.
I've been seeing Zach Amdurer for over 10 years and he is the best. He listens, truly understands. And if there's some miscommunication, he owns up to it and/or I own up to it, and it's a real great relationship between doctor and patient. There's virtual visits which I use regularly , and if I need to go into the office , I stop in and he's just as good as virtual visits and we draw blood or do whatever is necessary to diagnose the problem that is occurring.
