Do not go here, the billing is extremely unfavorable with insurance. I have BCBS with a great plan, however this office chooses to bill my insurance “outpatient” vs “office visit” to make the billing higher, causing me the patient, to pay out of pocket instead of my normal co pay. Then when I hit my deductible they switch to “office visit”. I feel cared for and well attended to - the doctor and staff show their investment and diligence to their work and the people they serve.
After the waiting room it was fine. When I arrived in the emergency room I was gasping for air and could barely breath and was told to have a seat, with nobody else in the waiting room. My husband asked for oxygen and was told by the intake person that she was not authorized to give me oxygen, he asked for help cause I was having trouble breathing.
