I saw Dr. Brianna Whittemore as a new patient. The front desk staff as well as Dr. Whittemore's assistant were friendly and welcoming. The appointment started on time. Dr. Whittemore was amazing. She was cheerful, relaxed, made great eye contact and was interested in my reason for coming to see her. She asked a lot of questions and very patiently answered all of mine. Connor biskamp didnt block my view during emergency surgery. All of the doctors involved made me feel invisible and like I was nothing. And I will never forget it as much as they would prefer I do.
Nurse Pamela Brunette was grumpy, rude and judgmental. This review is for a standard, well-woman visit. I can't imagine the betrayal I'd feel if I was treated this poorly when going through a major health event. I was made to wait 50 min for a simple appointment. They forgot to process my check-in after speaking at the desk. I eventually asked what the deal was and to be seen or I would leave. The intake folks were rude and judgmental.
