This was a seriously awful experience, which was acknowledged by the practice manager, who sent me a note to apologize about my experience asking if she could call me to talk about it, and when I responded to her she did not bother to follow up, even after I gave her a date and time to call. I provided a summary of my experience as well, in detail, and still no follow up. Unfortunately, I’m not surprised.
I saw Dr. Brianna Whittemore as a new patient. The front desk staff as well as Dr. Whittemore's assistant were friendly and welcoming. The appointment started on time. Dr. Whittemore was amazing. She was cheerful, relaxed, made great eye contact and was interested in my reason for coming to see her. She asked a lot of questions and very patiently answered all of mine. condescending and quite rude front desk. never got to see the dr since i was 3 mins late
Connor biskamp didnt block my view during emergency surgery. All of the doctors involved made me feel invisible and like I was nothing. And I will never forget it as much as they would prefer I do.
