I went in to this clinic for my first OBGYN appointment and the CNM was dismissive and not helpful when it came to answering questions or guiding me in this first pregnancy. She clearly kept a tight schedule because I spoke with her for 10 mins maybe and she was just rushing me out the door with no interest to guide or help. Their phlebotomist billing department (Carent) has wrongfully sent me to collections three separate times for the same bill, which I paid as soon as I became aware of it (over a year ago). I got some routine bloodwork done in March 2025, paid the bill I got from in the Advent Health app, and moved on. In September 2025 I received a text message from a medical debt collections company that I owed money to Carent. I haven’t been to the doctor in close to a decade as I have some anxiety over it. I can’t thank Dr. Jarvis enough for spending time listening to my concerns and being extremely courteous and professional.
Dr. Gallati didn't listen to me or provide the care I need. I left the Superior clinic worse than when I came in.
