Great staff, but I am disappointed by the admin side of things. In my experience they NEVER answer the phone. In the past two weeks I have called the office 9 times trying to get scheduled, and the phone was only answered ONCE, and I never received a single call back regarding my messages. They try to primarily communicate through MyChart which is fine for things that aren't time sensitive, but is not efficient if you have an urgent matter. Dr. Moreno is good. Unfortunately the office staff is either overloaded or incompetent. They have dropped the ball on every request I've had, and give excuses like "48 hours message turnaround time means 8 days (6 business days of 8 hours)".
As a chronic illness patient I have had many Doctor encounters but never one so quickly to be so dismissive. Within two minutes the PA immediately shut me down, told me she is not supportive of my treatment I've been doing for almost a decade, and when I explained to her why the specialists chose that treatment she told me she does not support it.
