Won't answer the phone or call back
I am very disappointed in our experience so far. My husband has crystals in his ear. We were told by multiple people that an ENT was the right way to go. When I scheduled with IHC clinic they told us we were required to see a hearing specialist first. My husband specialists visits today with zero outcome. All the doctor did was see him for 5 minutes and referred us to physical therapy for the exercises. This is now 3 specialists on a high deductible plan. Rescheduled me 3 times due to “doctor emergency” when I was experiencing ear pain and hearing loss. Continued to book me out further and further. When I booked the appointment for a reschedule they stated the appointment would be at 1:30, when I arrived I sat and waited for almost 30 minutes and then they came over and said they cannot see me because the appointment was at 1:20 so I was late. I was told multiple times the appointment was at 1:30 by their staff. I will not come here again.
You can find this location on the second floor of the clinic entrance. Helpful friendly staff. Would recommend for ENT needs.
