I worked with this facility for an at home sleep test, which initially all went well. I prepaid the cost in advance for a small discount which was very helpful and appreciated, the staff was all friendly and the service was fairly quick. The only issue I had was that around 2 full months after I had paid nearly $800 for my sleep study (that I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up, set up on myself at home, then drive 30 minutes back the next day to return) - I receive a random bill for $50 something. I had a sleep study done and my technician was Paula. She has a great bedside manner and was very efficient with the procedure! Overall it was a very good experience and I’ve found everyone I’ve worked with at this hospital to be extremely pleasant and professional!
